the strategy with pay pal only works if u have a credit card. so even if you do not sign your credit card ID in when u register with pay pal, it still asks you for a credit card when u want to purchase your RS account.
and i heard pay pal takes off 1$ or something like that when u register if you sign in your credit card number.
